1. By SP express Cold Chain Logistics subject to SP express delivery HK_RemoteArea_Terms & Conditions:

>Standard Pricing for Remote and Outlying Islands Areas in Hong Kong:

If the pick-up or delivery address is defined as a remote area, an additional HK$20 will be charged per shipment. If both the pickup and delivery addresses are remote, the fee will be charged for both trips. 

>Areas Not Covered: Pick-up and delivery services may not be available in some extremely remote areas (such as outlying islands without land access, restricted areas, etc.). Coverage Areas: Common remote areas include Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and Lantau South (such as Tai O). 

>Special Restrictions: Cold chain delivery to some outlying islands or remote areas may only be available during designated hours (e.g., 13:00-17:00).

• 收費標準：上門收件或派件地址若被定義為偏遠地區，每票需加收港幣$20。雙向皆需偏遠服務時，須支付合共兩程費用。

• 不收派範圍：部分極度偏遠的地區（如無陸路交通連接的離島、禁區範圍等）可能不提供上門收派服務。

• 覆蓋區域：常見的偏遠地區包含西貢、清水灣、石澳、赤柱、愉景灣、馬灣、長洲、南丫島、坪洲及大嶼南（如大澳）等。

• 特殊限制：部分離島或偏遠地區的冷運配送可能僅提供指定時段服務（如 13:00-17:00）。 

2. Self pick up: Customers are kindly requested to confirm that their purchased items have arrived and to schedule a pickup date and time with our store in advance. We regret that we are unable to accommodate walk-in pickups without prior confirmation and appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

自取方式: 客人請先與本店確認所購買之產品已到貨，並預約取貨日期及時間後方可前來取貨。未經確認或預約之情況，本店恕未能安排接待，敬請見諒與配合。
